Victoria Venues Hub — Privacy Policy (effective October 2026)
Victoria Venues Hub is provided by Victoria Venues LLC for its employees. The app collects: your name, work email, and phone (to operate your staff account); your device’s push token (to deliver work notifications); and your precise location, captured only at the moment you clock in or out, used solely to confirm you are at the venue and not stored as a location history. Business records you create (messages, schedules, recipes) are stored on Victoria Venues’ servers and handled per your employment agreement. We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with third parties except service providers that deliver the above (e.g., Apple push notifications, payment processing via Square for client transactions). To correct or remove your account data, contact your manager or privacy@victoriavenues.com.
